Crepuscular rays behind a mountain ridge
Last sunlight breaks behind a long mountain ridge, throwing visible crepuscular rays across the dust and haze of the valley. The land is already in deep silhouette — a dark forest fringes the lower frame, then a rising scree slope, then the cut-out shape of the ridge against the still-glowing cloud bank. The panorama isolates a single moment of optical transition between day and night.
