What data do you collect?
We collect only the information necessary to process your order: name, email, and shipping address. Payment details are handled securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email address for that purpose only.
Do you use analytics or cookies?
Only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics (anonymised usage statistics) and Microsoft Clarity (aggregated heatmaps and session recordings, with all text and form inputs automatically masked) to understand how the site is used and improve it. You can accept, refuse, or change this any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer; nothing analytics-related loads before you consent.
Do you share my data?
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except as required to fulfil your order (our print lab and shipping carrier), comply with Dutch law, or — for consented analytics only — the providers named above. Payments are processed by Stripe under their own privacy terms.
How long do you keep my data?
Order records are retained for as long as required by Dutch tax and commercial law. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to the providers’ standard retention windows.
How can I access or delete my data?
You have the right under the GDPR to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email alia@alinzperspective.com and we will respond and, where applicable, delete your data within 30 days.
