Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Our Box-framed prints are part of the "Global products" range — produced at the regional fine-art lab closest to your shipping address (United Kingdom, United States, European Union, or Australia), so your print does not cross an international border to reach you.

How long does delivery take?

Each print is made to order. Production typically takes 24–72 hours at the regional lab — occasionally up to seven business days for handmade framed pieces. Shipping after dispatch is by domestic courier and usually arrives within 1–6 working days. As an approximate end-to-end guide, expect 1–2 weeks from order to doorstep for the Netherlands, UK, US, and major EU destinations, and 2–4 weeks for the rest of the world.

How is shipping priced?

Shipping is free worldwide on every order, to every destination — no minimum and no surprise add-ons at checkout. The print itself is made at the regional fine-art lab closest to your shipping address (UK, US, EU, or Australia for most destinations), so most prints travel a short domestic route.

How are prints packaged?

Framed prints are protected with corner guards and acid-free tissue inside a custom-fit corrugated carton, hand-packed at the production lab.

Can I cancel my order?

Free cancellation within 6 hours of purchase, before your print enters production. After that, you may still return your print within 14 days of delivery — see the Returns section below.

How will I know when my print ships?

You will receive an email with the carrier name and a tracking link the moment your print leaves the production lab.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Free cancellation within 6 hours of ordering, before production begins. After that, every customer worldwide may return their print in original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — return shipping at your expense. Damaged or defective items are always covered by us.

What if my print arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will send a replacement at no cost, or refund in full — your choice. Return shipping for damaged items is covered by us.

How do I report a problem?

Email alia@alinzperspective.com with your order number and photographs. See our full Returns & Refunds page for the complete policy.

Limited Editions

Are the prints limited editions?

The two largest framed sizes in each print ladder, plus all custom-framed pieces produced via our premium lab, are released as numbered editions of 50. Smaller sizes and unframed paper prints are open editions (unnumbered). The product page shows an "Edition of 50" badge on each numbered size; "Edition Closed" appears when an edition has sold out.

What comes with a numbered edition?

Each numbered print ships with a Certificate of Authenticity, hand-signed by the photographer and posted separately. The certificate records the edition number, photo title, size, your order reference, and date of issue.

Why are some sizes numbered and others open?

Numbering signals that the photograph is treated as collectable at the larger framed sizes. Entry-tier sizes and unframed paper prints remain open editions to keep an accessible price point for everyday buyers without diluting the value of the collector-tier prints.

Can I request a specific edition number?

Edition numbers are assigned in the order they are sold. We do not pre-allocate numbers or accept requests for specific ones — that keeps the provenance clean and verifiable.

What happens when an edition closes?

When all 50 numbers of a given size are sold, that size becomes unavailable and no further prints are produced at that dimension. The image remains visible in the portfolio but the "Edition Closed" badge indicates the size is no longer for sale.

About the Prints

What materials do you use?

Most prints are giclée-printed on Enhanced Matte Art paper (200 g/m²) and hand-framed in a solid-wood box frame with an acrylic (Perspex) glaze. Gallery-wrapped canvas and unframed fine-art paper are also available, and panorama sizes are hand-finished and custom-framed at a specialist fine-art lab. Everything is made to order.

How are the prints finished?

It depends on the option you choose. Framed prints arrive hand-framed in a solid-wood frame (box by default, classic also available) with a Perspex glaze; canvas is gallery-wrapped on a wooden stretcher; and paper prints ship unframed. All are made to order and delivered ready to display.

Do prints come framed?

Framed is the default, but you choose. Framed prints come ready-to-hang in a solid-wood frame (black box by default, classic finish available) with Perspex glaze and corner guards for transit; canvas comes gallery-wrapped and ready to hang; and paper prints ship unframed so you can frame them yourself.

How should I care for my print?

Keep out of direct sunlight. Hang in low humidity. Wipe the Perspex glaze with a soft microfibre cloth — no harsh cleaners.

Image Use & Licensing

Who holds the copyright to these photographs?

Every photograph in the collection is the original work of Alia Linz. All images are © Alia Linz / Linz Perspectief. Copyright remains with the photographer at all times.

What does buying a print allow?

A print purchase is a licence to display the photograph in your own home or premises. It does not transfer copyright or grant the right to reproduce, resell, or redistribute the image.

Can I license an image for commercial or editorial use?

Yes. Images can be licensed for commercial, editorial, or digital use beyond the physical print. Email alia@alinzperspective.com with the image title and how you intend to use it, and we will quote a licence.
