Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from the Netherlands.
How long does delivery take?
Netherlands: 2–3 business days. Europe: 5–7 business days. International: 10–14 business days.
Is shipping free?
Free standard shipping within the Netherlands. For Europe and international, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.
How are prints packaged?
Prints are carefully rolled and packed in acid-free tissue paper inside sturdy cardboard tubes, or flat-packed for smaller formats.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may return any print within 14 days of receipt, provided it is undamaged and in original packaging.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Please photograph the damage and email us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
How do I start a return?
Email linzperspectief@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
About the Prints
What materials do you use?
All prints are produced on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 g/m² — an archival, acid-free fine art paper used by museums and galleries worldwide.
Are the prints signed?
All limited edition prints are hand-signed and numbered in pencil on the reverse.
Do prints come framed?
Prints are sold unframed. We recommend a simple white or black frame with UV-protective glass.
How should I care for my print?
Keep out of direct sunlight. Hang in low humidity. Handle with clean cotton gloves.
Privacy
What data do you collect?
We collect only the information necessary to process your order: name, email, and shipping address. Payment details are handled securely by Stripe.
Do you share my data?
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except as required to fulfil your order or comply with Dutch law.
How can I request deletion of my data?
Email linzperspectief@gmail.com. We will delete your data within 30 days.
