Returns & Refunds
Custom-Made Products
Every print in the Linz Perspectief shop is produced to order on Hahnemühle fine art paper, signed and numbered by hand. Because each item is made specifically for the buyer, it is exempt from the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU (goods made to the consumer's specifications).
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We stand fully behind the quality of every print. If your order arrives damaged in transit, shows a printing defect, or is the wrong image or size, we will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
To open a claim, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at alia@alinzperspective.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
Return shipping costs for accepted claims are covered by us. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse documented postal costs.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of our receiving the returned item (or within 5 days of claim approval for cases where return is not required). Funds are returned to the original payment method.
