Returns & Refunds
Free Cancellation Before Production
Every print is made to order at a regional fine art lab. For the first 6 hours after purchase, your order sits in queue before production begins — within that window you may cancel at no cost for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference if you wish to cancel.
14-Day Return Window
In addition to the courtesy cancellation window above, every customer worldwide may return their print for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving it. This matches the statutory right of withdrawal that EU consumers are entitled to under Directive 2011/83/EU, and we extend the same terms to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and every other country we ship to.
To exercise this right, notify us by email at alia@alinzperspective.com within 14 days of delivery, then return the print in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless the print arrived damaged or defective (see below). We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned print, to your original payment method.
Returns are sent by mail — we recommend a tracked shipping service. Customers in the Netherlands may also return their print in person in Dordrecht, by appointment. We never charge a restocking fee: you receive the full purchase price back.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We stand fully behind the quality of every print. If your order arrives damaged in transit, shows a printing defect, or is the wrong image or size, we will send a replacement at no cost — or issue a full refund, your choice.
To open a claim, contact us within 14 days of delivery at alia@alinzperspective.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
Return shipping for damaged or defective items is covered by us — we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse documented postal costs.
