Light trails across a night intersection
A long-exposure panorama of an Amsterdam city intersection at night — car and tram headlights draw streaks of red and white across the lower frame while ghosted pedestrians blur through the centre crosswalk. Office and apartment buildings light up the back of the scene with grids of warm and cool windows. The composition reads as a study in motion versus stillness, taken on a cold November evening in 2019.
