A road winding through the limestone gorge
A narrow road bends around the base of a steep limestone gorge, its grey karst walls streaked with orange and stippled with pockets of pine and scrub. The cliffs rise nearly vertical on three sides under a clear sky scattered with bright cumulus. The panorama compresses the full sweep of the bowl from forested left ridge to the bright rock face at right, with the road as a thin scale reference at lower left.
