The floating bicycle barge on the Singel
Amsterdam's floating bicycle parking barge moored on the Singel holds hundreds of bicycles in its distinctive red-and-white structure, providing quayside parking for shoppers in the busy city centre. Behind it, the Munttoren's 17th-century tower rises above the dense canopy of summer trees, its clock face and green copper turrets recognisable across the neighbourhood.
